ICAP

ICAP is an unfunded, international forum for aerosol forecast centres, remote sensing data providers, and lead systems developers to coordinate efforts and share best practices. During the annual meeting, delegates will discuss pressing issues facing the operational aerosol community and look at how to progress on common goals related to aerosol observations.

ICAP centres depend on satellite and ground-based data for the assimilation and verification of the forecast models. EUMETSAT is one of the main data providers at this meeting, which provides an excellent opportunity to network with the agencies involved and to gather the requirements of data users.
